"What does it mean to be Pro-life?"

Underlying the conflict over abortion are two opposing world views. One says, "All life has value." The other says, "Some lives have more value than others." When does life begin? When do biological cells become a "person"? What does your position on the abortion issue reveal about your core values?

First given at Cornell University in the Human Sexuality class, this talk avoids medical, political and economic issues. Instead it focuses on lowering walls so that students can listen to someone from an opposing viewpoint and understand the complexity of the abortion issue. It explains why someone might be crazy enough to defend a pro- life position.
